04/03/2011 - LUKOIL AND GAZPROM SIGN GAS SUPPLY AGREEMENT

Today, Vagit Alekperov, President of OAO LUKOIL, and Alexey Miller, Chairman of OAO Gazprom’s Management Committee, signed a gas supply agreement in Moscow, under which gas will be supplied from LUKOIL’s fields in the Bolshekhetskaya Depression, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District and from the north of the Caspian Sea.

01/03/2011 - LUKOIL PRESENTS EXHIBITION DEDICATED TO NIKOLAY BAIBAKOV

An exhibition titled “N.K. Baibakov. The Path of the Creator,” opened today with LUKOIL support at the State Central Museum of Contemporary History of Russia. It is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Nikolay Konstantinovich Baibakov, a prominent public figure, who greatly contributed to the development of Russia’s oil industry.

24/02/2011 - LUKOIL SIGNS AGREEMENTS ON EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF TWO OFFSHORE BLOCKS IN ROMANIA

A consortium, including LUKOIL Overseas (a 100% subsidiary of OAO LUKOIL) and Vanco International signed concession agreements with the National Agency for Mineral Resources of Romania yesterday. The agreements provide for exploration and development of two blocks, Est Rapsodia and Trident, in the Romanian sector of the Black Sea.

24/02/2011 - LUKOIL INTRAGROUP LOAN GROWS TO USD 15 BILLION

The OAO LUKOIL Board of Directors approved a Supplement Agreement to the Intragroup Loan Agreement between ОАО LUKOIL and LUKINTER FINANCE B.V., which provides for the loan increase of USD 7 billion up to USD 15 billion. The other essential conditions of the Loan Agreement shall remain unaltered.
