LUKOIL and China National Chemical Engineering & Construction Corporation Seven signed a cooperation agreement on creation of a gas chemical facility in the city of Budennovsk, Stavropol region. The project will allow to capitalize on the natural gas produced at LUKOIL's fields in the North Caspian by manufacturing carbamide.​

​​LUKOIL and Basra Oil Company signed a Supplementary Agreement to the contract on the development and production of oil at the West Qurna-2 field. The document​ provides for better conditions and prolongation of the service contract for 10 years, investments into further development of the project, and gradual increase of the field’s output.
