LUKOIL and KazMunayGaz have signed an Agreement on Joint Studies of mineral resources in order to evaluate the hydrocarbon potential of certain areas in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

20/09/2019 - LUKOIL OPENS LUBRICANTS PLANT IN KAZAKHSTAN

LUKOIL have opened a new lubricants plant in the Almaty region with an annual output of 100,000 tons. The plant will produce more than 800 different lubricants. Location of the facility makes it possible to optimize the logistics supplies in Kazakhstan and other countries of Central Asia.

Vagit Alekperov and Victor Kudryashov signed today in Samara a supplemental agreement to the effective Agreement on Cooperation. The document determinates the lines of further continuous economic development, investment opportunities and support of municipal and regional social projects. Moreover the Company organizes annual contest of social and cultural projects.

PJSC "LUKOIL" announces that today it cancelled 35,000,000 of its common shares and that following such share cancellation, the total number of issued common shares decreased to 715,000,000; and the charter capital of PJCS "LUKOIL" decreased to RUB 17,875,000.
