PJSC "LUKOIL" today held its Annual General Shareholders Meeting (AGM) in Moscow where the 2018 Annual Report of the Company and the 2018 financial statements were approved, as well as decision on distribution of profit for 2018 was made.

Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky, President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Governor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District – Yugra Natalia Komarova visited the recently opened local branch of the Moscow's State Academic Maly Theatre and other social and cultural facilities in Kogalym, today.

LUKOIL and KazMunayGaz have signed Heads of Agreement on the I-P-2 block located in the Kazakh Sector of the Caspian Sea, 130 kilometers from the port Aktau. From then on the parties will conclude a contract for hydrocarbon exploration and production and create a joint venture​ for the project.

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and the Head of the Komi Republic Sergey Gaplikov signed the Agreement on Cooperation for 2019 – 2021 on the sidelines of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum today.

Today in St. Petersburg at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov, Minister of Sports of Russia Pavel Kolobkov and Governor of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District – Yugra Natalya Komarova have signed a three-party agreement to build a sports training center in Kogalym through the public-private partnership.  

​LUKOIL concludes an agreement with New Age M12 Holdings Limi​ted to acquire a 25% interest in the Marine XII license in the Republic of Congo. Eni is the project’s operator. The project also involves the state company Société Nationale des Pétroles du Congo​.

President of LUKOIL and the Governor of the Samara Region signed a supplemental agreement to the eff​ective Agreement on Social and Economic Cooperation at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum today. The agreement continues partnership between LUKOIL and the region.
