​LUKOIL completes the sale of its 100% stake in JSC “ARKHANGELSKGEOLDOBYCHA” to​ Otkritie Group​.

​​​​An agreement on cooperation​ between Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and PJSC LUKOIL was signed in Moscow. The agreement covers the prevention of unlawful interference in the operations of LUKOIL Group facilities, utilization of the company's technical and organizational potential and infrastructure for routine border security operations in remote water and coastal areas.

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Director-General of the International Labor Organization Guy Ryder signed a Cooperation Agreement for 2018-2022​. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Olga Golodets. ​

​LUKOIL has presented its corporate environmental program and Environmental Culture Brochure at the 21st Uzbekistan International Oil and Gas Exhibition and Conference (OGU-2017)​. The plan of actions to preserve the biodiversity of the Khauzak-Shady area developed by the Company has become the first plan of nature conservation area management for Uzbekistan.​

​LUKOIL reports preliminary operating data for the first quarter of 2017. The Group's oil production for the first quarter of 2017 was 21.8 million tons or 1,789 thousand barrels per day.

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Governor of Kaliningrad Region Anton Alikhanov signed an agreement on cooperation between the company and the regional government for 2017-2022, in Kaliningrad today. Also, Vagit Alekperov and Anton Alikhanov met with employees of LUKOIL Group’s local subsidiaries and answered their questions.

Today, at its meeting in Moscow the Board of Directors gave tentative approval to the Company’s 2016 Annual Report for submission to the Company’s General Shareholders Meeting. The Board also approved the 2016 Interested Party Transaction Report.

LUKOIL initiated a visit of managers of Russian and international organizations to the Komi Republic to demonstrate the results of a fire response at A.Alabushin field. The group of visitors included the representatives of Greenpeace, WWF, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Natural Resources.
