PJSC “LUKOIL” Press Service announces registration of the mineral license by the RF Federal Agency for Subsoil Use. The license entitles PJSC “LUKOIL” to use subsoil assets for exploration and production of hydrocarbons within a federal plot, incorporating D33 oil field in the Baltic Sea.

The Board of Directors of PJSC “LUKOIL” approved lists of candidates for election of the Board of Directors, Audit Commission and the Company’s President at the 2016 Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

03/03/2016 - LUKOIL PRESENTS 2013 – 2014 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

LUKOIL presented the Group’s “Report on Sustainable Development in the Russian Federation, 2013 – 2014”. The event, held in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, was attended by government officials, representatives of public associations, non-profit organizations, cultural and educational institutions and Mass Media.

02/03/2016 - LUKOIL AND BASHNEFT BEGIN DRILLING FIRST EXPLORATION WELL ON PROSPECT IN NENETS AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT

VOSTOK NAO, a joint venture of LUKOIL (50%) and Bashneft (50%), has begun drilling exploration well No.1 on the Yuzhno-Visovaya prospect in Severo-Yareyyaginsky block located in the Nenets Autonomous District. The target depth of the well is 4,000 meters.

29/02/2016 - LUKOIL EXPANDS ITS RESOURCE BASE IN TIMAN-PECHORA PETROLEUM PROVINCE

PJSC LUKOIL has increased recoverable reserves of the Vostochno-Lambeyshorskoye field in the Republic of Komi by more than 6 times to 42.218 million tons.

25/02/2016 - LUKOIL BEGINS EXPLORATION AT VOSTOCHNO-TAIMYRSKY BLOCK AHEAD OF TIME

PJSC LUKOIL has begun the first stage of exploration activities at the Vostochno-Taimyrsky license block in the Krasnoyarsk region ahead of time. This stage of exploration includes 2D seismic acquisition of 2,421 line kilometers and drilling of an exploration well.

20/02/2016 - LUKOIL IS GRANTED RIGHT TO USE SUBSOIL BLOCK OF FEDERAL SIGNIFICANCE IN BALTIC SEA

In accordance with Directive of the Russian Federation Government No. 246-r. of 18 February 2016, OOO LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft (a wholly-owned subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL) was granted the right to use a subsoil block of federal significance which includes the D33 oil field in the Baltic Sea for the purpose of hydrocarbon exploration and production.

16/02/2016 - LUKOIL PUTS ON STREAM GAS PROCESSING UNIT IN BUDENNOVSK

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich, President of PJSC LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Stavropol Region Governor Vladimir Vladimirov took part in the official startup of the first phase of the gas processing unit at the Stavrolen plant in Budennovsk.

09/02/2016 - LUKOIL GROUP PROVED HYDROCARBON RESERVES TOTAL 16.6 BILLION BARRELS OF OIL EQUIVALENT

PJSC LUKOIL finished an evaluation and independent audit of its oil and gas reserves as of December 31, 2015. The evaluation was performed in accordance with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) standards until the economic limit of commercial production is reached.

08/02/2016 - LUKOIL AND SOCHI AUTODROM SIGN PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

PJSC LUKOIL and Sochi Autodrom have signed a partnership agreement for the period until 2019 to facilitate arrangement of sporting events on Russia’s most modern race track.
