LUKOIL opened a flagship filling station in Kazakhstan, at the A3 motorway connecting the cities of Almaty and Oskemen. ​

PJSC LUKOIL, together with the concession holder for the head section of the M11 “Neva” highway – North-West Concession Company LLC (NWCC) – and with support of Russia Highways State Company (Avtodor), commissioned pioneer filling stations at the Moscow – Saint Petersburg autoroute. ​

The Volgograd refinery began production of low-sulfur fuel oil complying with requirements of the MARPOL international convention.

LUKOIL Group of companies commenced step-by-step transition to sales of inter-season and winter diesel fuel. In different regions of Russia depending on the climate conditions, summer diesel will be gradually replaced with winter grades no later than November, 15th.

​LUKOIL's new unique loyalty program "Fill up with profit"  starts from the 1st of O​ctober and gives members a discount of up to 10% on fuel and up to 15% on non-fuel goods. ​

​LUKOIL and the Sheremetyevo International Airport have successfully completed the construction of a new fueling facility with a capacity of up to 1.2 million tonnes per year.​

In the first four months of 2018, LUKOIL produced 109 thousand tonnes of motor gasolines in excess of the plan established by a quadripartite agreement between Russia's oil majors, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology and the Federal Agency for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.
