In view of the significant change in the operating conditions of the LUKOIL Group companies in Bulgaria, the Company has commenced work to review its strategy with respect to this asset. Various options will be analysed with the involvement of international consultants, including the sale of the business.​

A large-scale reconstruction has been completed at the Volgograd refinery. The project included modernization of the CDU-VDU-5 crude distillation unit.

​​Vagit Alekperov, President of PJSC LUKOIL, visited the Kstovo refinery: LUKOIL is currently finishing construction of the Petroleum Residue Recycling Facility there and preparing design documentation for the construction of the Polypropylene Production Complex.​​

​Vagit Alekperov, President of PJSC LUKOIL, and Valery Radaev, Governor of the Saratov region, visited the Saratovorgsintez LLC petrochemical plant, which is currently developing projects for construction of new units and working on imports phase-out with respect to catalysts, chemicals, spare parts, and equipment.​

Vagit Alekperov, President of PJSC LUKOIL, and Andrey Khlopyanov, acting First Deputy Chairman of the Government of Stavropol region, took part in today's foundation stone ceremony for the second stage of Gas Processing Unit (GPU-2) at the Stavrolen petrochemical plant in the city of Budennovsk. ​​
