ОАО LUKOIL and the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK, Russ.) have signed a 2014-2016 Scientific and Technical Cooperation Program in Moscow.

The inhabitants of the town of Navashino in Nizhny Novgorod oblast witnessed the launching of a ship today. The RST54 “Balt Flot 1” lead ship is designed for the transportation by river of petroleum products from ООО LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez to the RPK-Vysotsk LUKOIL-II terminal in Leningrad oblast.

The joint venture of OAO LUKOIL and OAO ANK Bashneft, OOO Oil Company VOSTOK-NAO (LUKOIL, 50%, and Bashneft, 50%), has presented its development outlook in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, in Naryan-Mar today. The corporate partners signed the JV establishment agreement last March.

LUKOIL Overseas (operator of LUKOIL’s international upstream projects) has had a number of new management appointments.

Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, and Vladimir Yakushev, acting Governor of the Tyumen Oblast, signed a cooperation agreement between the company and the oblast government, in Kogalym today. The agreement will be valid till December 31, 2019.
