His Holiness Kirill, the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, awarded Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, with the First Degree Order of the Holy Blessed Prince Daniil of Moscow for his great personal contribution towards the resurrection and progress of the Russian Orthodox Church in Moscow today.

Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, and Dmitry Kobylkin, Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, signed a cooperation agreement between the Company and the District in Moscow today.

Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, and Viktor Vekselberg, President of the Skolkovo Foundation for Development of the Center of Research and Commercializing of New Technologies, signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Company and the Foundation.

LUKOIL came in second in the 2010 rating of social responsibility for Russian companies.
