LUKOIL Group 2022 Sustainability Report debuted in the international Global Corporate Sustainability Awards and received a bronze class award in the Sustainability Reporting category. 

LUKOIL signed the Oil & Gas Decarbonization Charter at the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. 50 oil and gas companies from all around the world representing over 40 percent of global oil production have supported the initiative. ​

LUKOIL’s Telegram channel received award as the best in digital/social media category for its original ProRun online project. LUKOIL Group 2022 Sustainability Report was named the best non-financial report. ​While Kogalym Is a Centre of Economic Growth project was named the best corporate infrastructure initiative and received the ESG Grand Prix.

A Cooperation Protocol for 2024  was signed today between PJSC LUKOIL and the Perm region. The Company will continue the support of socially important education, healthcare, culture and sports initiatives in the region, including LUKOIL's Social and Cultural Projects Competition.​

​LUKOIL openеd the Centre for Core and Reservoir Fluids Research in the city of Perm. It will conduct highly accurate scientific research for prospecting, exploration, development and oil recovery enhancement.​ The Centre will form the integrated R&D​  cluster with nearby Perm National Research Polytechnic University and the Research and Education Centre for Sustainable Management of Resources.

​LUKOIL announces the conclusion of the results of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held in t​he form of absentee voting. The Company's shareholders approved the payment of dividends on the ordinary shares of PJSC "LUKOIL" based on the results of the first nine months of 2023 in the amount of RUB 447 per share.​

In view of the significant change in the operating conditions of the LUKOIL Group companies in Bulgaria, the Company has commenced work to review its strategy with respect to this asset. Various options will be analysed with the involvement of international consultants, including the sale of the business.​
