LUKOIL is one of the largest oil & gas vertical integrated companies in the world accounting for over 2% of crude production and circa 1% of proved hydrocarbon reserves globally.
LUKOIL launches a new plant for producing first-grade motor oils and lubricants at Bogandinsky, Tyumen region. The enterprise has been built by OAO BELOIL, a Tyumen-based company affiliated with LUKOIL’s refinery LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez.
LUKOIL obtained a loan worth of USD 77.2 million to develop the first stage of the Azeri, Chirag and Gyuneshli deep-water part. The oil fields are located in the Caspian offshore adjacent to the territory of Azerbaijan.
The Board of Directors of JSC LUKOIL has been held in Moscow today. The Board summed up preliminary results of the Company’s performance in 1998 and outlined targets for ensuring stable business development in 1999.
