President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and General Director of Hungarian oil and gas company MOL Zsolt Hernádi have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Budapest today.   

Today in Budapest bilateral Declarations of Understanding have been signed between PJSC LUKOIL and PJSC Transneft as well as between PJSC LUKOIL and Hungarian oil and gas company MOL to acknowledge the resolution of consequences of the incident that took place in April 2019.

LUKOIL and NNPC signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Russia-Africa economic forum. The document provides for upscaling existing trading relationship, ​possible design and technical cooperation between the companies in the exploration, production and refining​, the provision of LUKOIL's kno​w-how in Nigeria.  

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Governor of Perm Region Maksim Reshetnikov signed Protocol to the Cooperation Agreement for 2020 in Perm today.

At the Board of Directors meeting of PJSC "LUKOIL" held today, the decision was taken to convene the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting in the form of absentee voting on December 3, 2019.

At today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC "LUKOIL" the new principles of the Company’s dividend policy were approved .

​LUKOIL and Vladimir Region concluded an Agreement on Cooperation. The document includes joint research and scientific support, required for the development of new technologies and equipment, and apply LUKOIL’s advanced bi​tumen materials for construction of regional roads. 

As a part of the state visit of Vladimir Putin to UAE, Accession to the Ghasha Concession Agreement with a 5% share was signed by President of PJSC LUKOIL and Group CEO of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). In additi​on LUKOIL and ADNOC signed a tripartite framework Agreement on future cooperation with the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF, sovereign fund of the Russian Federation).​
