PJSC LUKOIL held its Annual General Shareholders Meeting in Moscow today to approve the Annual Report of the Company for 2016 and financial statements based on the results of 2016.The shareholders also approved dividend distribution based on the results of 2016 in the amount of 120 Rubles per ordinary share. The total amount of dividends payable for 2016, including the earlier paid interim dividends, will be 195 Rubles per ordinary share.

​LUKOIL has completed the construction and commissioning of the fifth production well at Vladimir Filanovsky offshore field in the Caspian Sea​ and commenced the construction of the sixth well​. The new well has significantly increased the field’s daily production​.​​​

LUKOIL has reached another milestone with ten million tons of oil produced at Yury Korchagin and Vladimir Filanovsky fields in the North Caspian.​ The company is currently implementing Phase 2 construction plan at both fields​.

The notification of illegal distribution of commercial offers to supply and store petroleum products at the LUKOIL-Trans tank farm in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Attachments to the e-mails, with counterfeit seals and altered signatures of LUKOIL Group’s senior officials, also use the LUKOIL trademark unlawfully.​

President of LUKOIL and Governor of Samara Region signed an additional agreement on social and economic cooperation. The signment took place at the Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum.

LUKOIL continues the construction of second-stage facilities at Yuri Korchagin field, in the northern part of the Caspian Sea. ​A jacket for the wellhead platform was delivered to the site and installed at the destination point, while preparations for pile sinking are in progress.​

LUKOIL has commenced sales of new premium quality gasoline, ECTO 100. The new improved fuel of the ECTO range has better performance properties and is intended to fully replace the ECTO Sport 98 gasoline, its predecessor.
