LUKOIL-Volgogradenergo LLC (a wholly owned PJSC LUKOIL subsidiary) carries out a step-by-step modernization of the Volgograd combined heat and power plant 2. 

The Sibiryak sports and fitness complex was opened today in Pokachi, Yugra region. The project was implemented under the Cooperation Agreement between PJSC LUKOIL and the Government of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District – Yugra.

The reconstruction of the model library named after Alexander Filatov was completed in Pokachi, Yugra region. It is a part of the Culture national project, which is included in the public programme "Yugra Development Map – Yugra's team".

Unveiling of sculptural compositions in honour of Viktor Chernomyrdin, Alexander Usoltsev and Vladimir Filanovsky, eminent personalities who contributed to the development and formation of the national oil and gas industry, took place in Kogalym, Yugra region.

The Nature Transformed exhibition opened in Kogalym, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District – Yugra, at the Culture and Exhibition Centre of the Russian Museum with the support of PJSC LUKOIL. 

Construction of the Education Centre – a branch of a Russia's leading engineering university – Perm National Research Polytechnic University – continues in the city of Kogalym, thanks to support from PJSC LUKOIL.

PJSC LUKOIL started to perform wind monitoring, which is the first stage of developing feasibility study for constructing a wind power plant at the Caspian Sea coast near Artesian settlement, Republic of Kalmykia (the Artesian WPP). ​
