A festive awards ceremony was held in Samara today to mark the winners of LUKOIL’s Second Social and Cultural Projects Competition. The ceremony was attended by LUKOIL’s President Vagit Alekperov, the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich and the Governor of the Samara Region Nikolay Merkushkin.

LUKOIL, Gazprom and KazMunayGaz joint venture is granted subsoil license for Tsentralnaya structure in the Caspian Sea.

07/09/2016 - LUKOIL LIFTS ITS TEN MILLIONTH TON OF OIL IN THE PERM REGION SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR

Today, LUKOIL’s President Vagit Alekperov and the Governor of the Perm Region Viktor Basargin attended Forum of Industrialists in Perm. During the visit, Vagit Alekperov also met with LUKOIL Group’s personnel in the Perm Region and discussed the key performance indicators of the year’s first half, the Company’s future development strategy and answered the local employees’ questions.

A festive ceremony dedicated to the redemption of the postage stamp issued to mark the Company’s 25th anniversary was held today in PJSC LUKOIL’s headquarters in Moscow. Vagit Alekperov, PJSC LUKOIL’s President, and Oleg Dukhovnitsky, Head of the Federal Communications Agency, attended the event.

LUKOIL’s Board of Directors held a meeting in Moscow today to discuss the Company’s performance in the first half of 2016. The Board of Directors pointed out that the major tasks for the first half of the year were accomplished in compliance with the plan, budget and investment program for 2016.

PJSC LUKOIL has begun commissioning activities on a gas turbine thermal power plant in the Timan-Pechora petroleum province of the Republic of Komi. This project will allow for satisfying growing needs for electrical power and steam required for the promising Yaregskoye oil deposit operated by LUKOIL-Komi, improving the field development efficiency and reliability of power supply.

LUKOIL commenced transportation of jackets for the offshore ice-resistant stationary platform #2 from the port of Astrakhan to the Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea. The platform is intended for drilling and operation of wells within the second stage of field development.
