​LUKOIL have opened a new lubricants plant in the Almaty region with an annual output of 100,000 tons. The plant will produce more than 800 different lubricants. Location of the facility makes it possible to optimize the logistics supplies in Kaz​akhstan and other countries of Central Asia.
