LUKOIL expands supply of electricity generated by its own renewable energy sources (RES) facilities to its assets in Nizhny Novgorod region.​​

At today's meeting the Board of Directors of PJSC "LUKOIL" resolved that the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PJSC "LUKOIL" would be held on December 5, 2024 in the form of absentee voting, and the Repeat Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting would be held on December 6, 2024 in case the Meeting is not held due to the absence of quorum.
